HARLEM Harvest Fall Shot Recipes

As temperatures are dropping, it’s the perfect time to warm up with your loved ones and some HARLEM®.  A few of our bartender friends were drawn to some of the traditional flavors of fall and developed several special HARLEM shot recipes for the harvest season. Spice up your cocktail menu and try some of these drinks when cozying up in front of a fireplace or celebrating Thanksgiving with friends and family this weekend:

HARLEM GingerSNAP

Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in shot glasses. Top with equal parts organic ground Saigon cinnamon and organic nutmeg.

HARLEM Spice
Created by Steven Terrebone, Orange County, Calif.

  • 1¼ oz. HARLEM
  • ¾ oz. Luxardo®
  • Pinch of Allspice

Mix the HARLEM and Luxardo together in a shaker. Pour into a shot glass. Garnish with a pinch of allspice.

4 Layer Cake

Layer in the following order (from bottom up): Goldschlager, Baileys, Buttershots, and HARLEM.

Harbucks

Add ingredients into a shaker. Shake and pour into a shot glass!

Cherry Poppins

  • 1 oz. HARLEM
  • ½ oz Unsweetened cherry juice
  • 4 dashes Homemade cinnamon/vanilla bitters
  • 1 dash Egg whites

Dry shake HARLEM, cherry juice, homemade bitters and egg whites 11 times. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a shot glass.

HARLEM Iced Koffee

In a shaker, mix all four ingredients and shake well, creating foam to sit on top of the drink. Garnish with a cherry.
