You’ve all been following the Make Your Best Shot! HARLEM® Shot Competition the past few weeks, and finally, we had our Las Vegas Showcase at RAIN Nightclub at the Palms Resort Casino. The set-up in RAIN was ideal for some of the country’s top bartenders to mix up their best shots one last time for a little tasting. See some of the action in the slideshow below:
There was no final winner; all the regional Judges’ Choice and Fan Favorites were the best of the best, so we celebrated them as such. However, we welcomed some local Vegas bartenders to join the fun and these guys really put on a show. We’re sharing their recipes below because they are “must-trys” for the fall.
HARLEMween Pumpkin – by Sugar O’Brien
Half HARLEM
Half Pumpkin Mix
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Serve using a shaker to mix in small batches equal amounts of HARLEM and Pumpkin mixture.
Strain and serve.
Pumpkin Mix Recipe
1 can Pumpkin Pie Filling
Same can full of Simple Syrup (1:1)
Same can full of Apple Cider
Heaping teaspoon of Pumpkin Pie Spice
Heaping quarter teaspoon of Citric Acid
HARLEM Ginger-SNAP – by Lucas Swallows
1 oz. HARLEM
½ oz. Gingerbread Liqueur (Hiram Walker)
½ oz. Voyant Chai Cream Liqueur
Organic Saigon Cinnamon
Organic Nutmeg
Shake all ingredients with ice and serve in shot glasses. Top with equal parts Organic Ground Saigon Cinnamon and Organic Nutmeg.
